Welcome

My name is Tina Hedges and I am an Autism Specialist who has worked in the field of autism for almost 30 years. I am experienced in supporting children, teenagers, adults and families both pre and post diagnosis. I can provide in person support within Central Scotland as well as online support. I have an Honours degree in Psychology (Stirling University), a Post Graduate Diploma in Autism (Birmingham University) and I am a member of the British Psychological Society.

The services I offer include:

  • - Pre and Post diagnostic support for individuals and their families

  • - Training for parents and professionals on topics such as An Introduction To Autism, Communication, Toileting and Food

- Consultations to provide both general advice as well as helping you to address specific challenges you are facing

As a young person on the autism spectrum, Tina helped and guided me through some of the toughest times of my entire life

Tina has been a 'rock' these last few months and Katie, my husband and I will never forget her getting us through this very sad period in her life and bringing her back to the lively, chatty girl she was.
